I noticed this back when the episode aired. There was no one else at the stage with moustache guy, and the sleeve that appears at the Victory camera shot is obviously from Teresa’s uniform.
This makes me think the idea was a last minute addition, probably even the actresse’s idea, since it was herself doing it.
