Three months, two weeks and four days after everything ends, Betty gets separated from the group. It’s a daft mistake and she knows whatever she gets, she damn well deserves. Mistakes get you killed. If she’s incompetent, she’s better off dead rather than endangering the others.
out past the land mines — 1,589 words — Betty/Kate, Vera
The one with the zombies, and Vera with a Luger. (Violence and mild gore warning.)
I noticed this back when the episode aired. There was no one else at the stage with moustache guy, and the sleeve that appears at the Victory camera shot is obviously from Teresa’s uniform.

Last one, I promise… Well, last one from this episode. But let’s just take a good, long look at Betty’s face here, okay?
We all know that Betty is feeling those messy/wonderful stirrings of sweet loooooooove for Kate (because underneath that beautiful blonde bombshell [see what I did there?! lol] is a tender candy center of red-gold affection); however, it is Gladys that gets the benefit of Betty’s ‘I-know-what-you-did-last-summer’-look and it is sexy as all get-out, isn’t it?
Sometimes I imagine a world in which Gladys is up for more than just friendship with Betty McCrae… and, in that world, Betty’s ‘figure you out’ glance is just the tip of the temptation iceberg.
I’m glad I’m not the only person that thinks these things
